At Jameelat, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Returns or exchanges past 7 days of delivery date will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that all tool kit sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for tool kit purchases.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jjameelatbeauty@gmail.com (there is a double J in the email!) with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly replace the item or issue a refund.
